Now as President of PSIA, he channels that drive into protecting businesses and elevating their long-term success. With years of industry experience, Terrell is known for his strategic thinking and relentless commitment to his clients. He builds tailored risk management plans that reduce exposure, strengthen stability and give business owners a true competitive edge. Byron brings military-grade discipline and strategic thinking to the world of commercial insurance. Raised in Southern California and enlisted in the United States Navy at 18, he developed the leadership, precision and mission-first mindset that now elevates his work with business clients. For more than 13 years, Byron has dedicated his career to protecting business owners and the legacies they’re building. He knows insurance is not one-size-fits-all, so he invests the time to understand each client’s operations, vulnerabilities and goals. His clients know him as a steady advisor; someone who listens deeply, communicates clearly and always puts their best interests first.
